Ashley and Haley are amazing! Ashley is super responsive and even responded late at night when you think they would be off. I got a 1 step paint correction, ceramic coating, and a full interior detail done in July by Haley. She's very nice, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, after a few moths of getting my car fully detailed and looking nice, my car was hit and there was small damage to my rear bumper. I reached out to Ashley to see if she can ceramic coat just the rear bumper. She responded quickly and provided a quote. Instead of telling me to get it done right away, she was knowledgeable about letting the paint cure for about 6-8 weeks. We waited for the paint to cure and she sent Haley over to reapply the coating again. Again, Haley did a fast and amazing job and provided updates as she was heading over. First I tried rubbing it off with my finger nails--no luck. Then I told hubby to go take a look to see if he could wipe it off and his assessment was that I scratched the clear coat but not the paint and I needed to find an auto detailer to buff it out. Thankfully, Ashley was able to come out same day within an hour of me calling to save my ass from being strangled by my dad. The price was extremely reasonable considering that she came to my house which was nice to not have to take the car anywhere, especially during a pandemic. She showed up wearing a mask, was extremely professional and did a great job. I was just expecting her to buff out the scratch and clean up the car but it ended up looking brand spankin' new. The mark was completely gone, as in you would have never known I had scuffed it with plastic and that an hour ago there was a huge white mark along the side door. The car detailing service I received was satisfactory, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. The exterior was cleaned adequately and the scratches were able to be covered up with the paint even though I can still see some of the grooves. The interior cleaning was passable, but I noticed some areas that could have used more attention, like the rubber area around the brake handle, the dashboard, the compartment in front of the passenger seat as well as the inner door of the driver and passenger side. Additionally, I expected a bit more thoroughness when it came to removing stubborn stains on my seats but I was told that it required better stain remover? I wasn't too sure. I paid roughly around $400 and the service took about 4.5 hours. Maybe I should have allotted for more time. I do fully appreciate the effort, but I kind of wished that the stains on the seats were removed and there weren't some dirt or stains left in some parts of the car. read more

I read the reviews here and was impressed, so I reached out by text (as their website suggests) to ask a few questions and try to narrow down what services would be best. Got very curt responses basically just directly me back to their website, and a suggestion that they had enough business and weren't available until September, then silence on the line. Disappointing customer service never seems to get better with time, so I'll look elsewhere to spend $1000 on a detailing job for my car. She did a thorough and detailed (pun intended) job through the wash and wax, and the car came out spotless. She brought all her own supplies, including deionized water, and even took the time to give great advice on upkeep and preventative measures to keep the car clean and looking great. 1 year and few months later, still the best and the only detailing company I use after changing cars from Maserati, to Hellcat to BMW and motorcycles! Today I had a 2 layer ceramic coating placed on my BMW X5. I got the vehicle about a month ago and it only has about 300 miles on it. Since the vehicle is jet black, I was advised that a ceramic coating was the way to go. After talking with Ashley, I decided to go with AF Mobile Detailing over another company. Pricing was right on par with competitors. She was very professional, quick to get me scheduled, and right on time for the appointment. The end job did not meet my expectation and this could have been easily remedied. Although the car is new, I was told that there was pretty serious damage to the paint. Unfortunately, this wasn't mentioned until after the job was complete when I followed up with Ashley via phone. If the severity of the damage would have been brought to my attention prior to proceeding with and completing the job, we could have discussed paint correction options before the ceramic coatings were put on the vehicle with unsatisfactory results. A simple conversation to set the expectation of the results with the condition of the paint or offering the service of paint correction would have resulted in a 5 star rating. I will likely seek out another company for any further detail work on our vehicles. read more

I had a wonderful experience with this service. I contacted through Yelp and received a quick reply giving some recommendations based on my current circumstances. I purchased a car that was in a dealership's showroom, so there were some deeper scratches in a few locations from customers touching or placing items on the car. I was able to schedule a full detail with paint correction and ceramic coating for my preferred day (a Saturday, scheduled a week in advance, was my first availability and lukcily they were free). The detailer, Haley, showed up at my home right at 9 AM as scheduled and inspected the vehicle while listening to my comments on areas I noticed needed work and what my expectations were. We came to an agreement on what steps should be taken and the detailing process started. The car went through a wash, paint correction, and ceramic coating, and after each step Haley sent a text to let me know what was done and to come take a look if I wanted to. The wash was done in my garage with purified water to avoid the hard water of the Irinve Ranch Water District, and no mess was left behind. While the car was new, there were some light swirl marks from washing at the dealership and some heavier scratches from the showroom, but the paint correction removed essentially all of the visible imperfections. The interior was brand new and didn't have much that needed attention, but the leather seats were conditioned and protected leaving them with a nice, soft feel. The lifetime-warranty ceramic coating that was applied not only helps protect the paint, especially during regular washes, but really makes the color stand out in different lighting conditions. Drying the car after washing is much easier as well, and I've experienced far less brake dust sticking the the surface of the wheels than previous cars. The entire process took a bit under 7 hours. Overall, both the customer service and the service itself were great. I even had a handful of only slightly related questions answered during the detail (e.g., "on which side does my FasTrak transponder sticker look better" and "the car came with both carpet and rubber floor mats, which look better?"), and received advice during and after about different car-care products to protect the ceramic coating and keep everything in great condition. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for an at-home or mobile detail, and I will reach out to them in the future for any maintenance washes or details to make sure everything will continue to look amazing. read more
