Jeremiah scheduled work for Thursday October 8th & Friday October 9th. He received my non…read morerefundable deposit right away but then I did not hear anything back for days from either Jeremiah or Tammy (Jeremiah's wife). Jeremiah finally answered the phone on the Thursday in the am. He said he couldn't make the scheduled time and would have to reschedule. I was called back by Tammy and the work was rescheduled for Friday and Saturday instead. We were needing to get it done so we agreed. Work was finished up later than what we were told, Saturday evening at about 6 pm and I told Jeremiah I would e transfer the amount owing in the evening after are Thanksgiving dinner we were in the middle of having at the time with our family was over. While cleaning up from dinner I twisted my back (an injury from a car accident years prior) and went straight to the couch. Therefor I did not have a chance to e transfer the money that evening. The next day I was laid up in bed on muscle relaxers and had my phone turned off. When I turned on my phone about 8:30 pm I was shocked to find 6 phone calls, 4 text messages and 1 phone message (all starting at 9:40 am all in less than 12 hrs) all wanting the money owed. I sent Jeremiah a text message right away at 8:40 pm apologizing and explained my situation and sent the money owed and his reply was. "As per our contract payment is due upon completion". I am all for supporting small business but this is unnecessary and wrong. There was no communication from Jeremiah for days when he had received my non-refundable deposit, no communication or lack of for reschedule. We agreed to have work rescheduled done but not expecting into are holiday dinner all while we hear the sander and dust around due to their rescheduling issues but a few hours late from me ( also on a long holiday weekend) to pay the amount owed and I receive over kill of messages and phone calls. As far as I am concerned Jeremiah and Tammy were very unprofessional, lack of compassion and no understanding. **Edit- after sending my money I owed in full at approximately 8:50pm Sunday 12th. Jeremiah sent another text at 9:12 offering a 15% discount. The full amount I owed had been paid in full, but I feel he did this so he could say he offered a discount and I didn't except. He had already deposited my e transfer!! how can you give me a refund when I had already paid? again lack of organization lack of business honesty. He was missing the point of customer service, compassion and just human kindness and his as well as Tammy's harassment of text messages phones messages and phone calls (11 in total) in a 10 hrs time period on a long holiday weekend.

For the initial quote I met with Behtash Adib. He was punctual, professional and took the time to answer any and all questions. While deciding on the scope of the job Behtash was consistent with prompt responses and information. The basement waterproofing was done by Ade, Shy and Vandyke. During the project they noticed a potential problem in the same room unrelated to their work. The team notified me and even paused while they had a specialist stop by and check it out. This was above and beyond and extremely helpful. The second project was my front steps. Over the years the cement steps cracked and started to settle into the ground. The concrete repair team fixed this quickly, with excellent results. Andrew and Russel took the time to confirm my expectations of the job and answer any questions I had. I had 2 other companies come & say my only option was to install an internal weeping tile system that would go to my sump pump. The amount of water I had coming in was so minimal that it would evaporate before even making its way to the sump pump. I called Crackmasters after getting recommended by my parents & old neighbours. I spoke with Tina over the phone who was VERY knowledgeable and went through their process with me. Knowing the age of my house, seeing photos of my concerns, and other key factors, she was able to determine that we only needed to fill the cracks.
