He goes back out to confirm the measurements (after we remove the old existing screen porch) and comes back with a new quote that is 20% higher and now we have to supply our own door as well. When I ask why the price went up he told me it was because he was pricing it now with all new metal. However, his original quote he texted me mentions he would be installing all new metal. After sending him the text message that states what all was included, he proceeds to tell me that there are plenty of people in the area that does this same thing and it would be best if I just found someone else. That things were not going to work between us. So obviously he has plenty of work, and so just a suggestion from me via the owner of Screens Only. Everyone just go else where to find someone else for your porch needs in the Little River Area.
