Received a proposal. Went with a different provider but a couple years later was in need of a bookkeeper so emailed multiple times, but my emails went mostly unanswered. Only once did I receive a response stating that they would call me on a date certain, but I did not receive any call on that date. So I emailed a couple times after that, and a week plus goes by, STILL no response. Not sure what the issue is with this company's intake process, but it has been frustrating and annoying, to say the least. I would leave one star but I decided to go easy since my experience was only with the intake and not with the service itself. read more

In Los Angeles area for most of my business needs so I was in need of a bookkeeper Contacted abandp (as they are called). I made 5 phone calls over a week to talk to the primary bookkeeper but with No success. She is busy "out of office" doing "women in business club" stuff. This is a red flag if you're the primary owner and not looking over accounts or not overseeing non-certified staff in bookkeeping.
