The tile was cut poorly, the grout work was sloppy and over part of my trim work. He didn't bother moving the refrigerator and instead glopped on grout. When I referenced the trim work he said the grout would cover it up, or he would caulk it. It was truly horrible work. When I reached out to him to rectify it (I'd already venmoed him the money before I realized the work was subpar) he completely ignored me. I sent several texts requesting a resolution with photos of the work. He continued to ignore me. I requested payment via venmo which he did decline, so I know he saw them.
