She spends at least 30 minutes with my cat at each visit, writes notes to me about the visit, how my cat seemed, what his behavior was like, how he was eating, etc.. Sue also writes down everything she did while she was there at my house, i.e. she doesn't just dip the litter box---if it smells, she empties and cleans it! She sweeps up the litter, and wipes out the sink at every visit. When I get home from my trips, I always find a happy cat and my house in very clean condition.
