This was our dogs first experience at a place like this and it will certainly be the last. I truly wished I would have listened to all of the bad reviews this place has because we found out it is for a reason. Unfortunately It's our emotional support animal that had to find out in the worse way. We got our dog boarded here from Aug 17 - 23rd while we were away on a cruise. We had the internet package so we would be able to look in our dog because we knew she has anxiety being left behind and previous trauma. She is a rescue. We gave them a list of instructions about everything. Brought her own dog bowl which is a raised slow feeder, harness and leash to take her out because she doesnt do well with ones around her neck, two beds, portioned out food and a thunder jacket because she is afraid of thunder. Again with full instructions. We explained to them that she would not let people take her out on a leash and would sit and put all her weight down and we were reassured that she would not be forced to come out of the enclosure unless she wanted to. For the added on play time we were told if she wouldn't come out they just wouldn't try and would take it off for that day. We got her placed in a presidential room with high walls and a doggy door so she would not have to have interaction with the people too much when it came to her going to the bathroom she could just take herself out. WELL on Aug 16th we dropped her off around 12PM the door was opened she went out of it no problem we thought she wouldn't know how but she understood what to do right away and needed no help. She came back in and then we looked at the camera again about an hour later the door was shut. We were told she would have full freedom to go in and out of the run from 8am to around 5pm. This was not the case at all. The run was not opened again at all that day. Aug 17th in the morning around 7am my wife was watching the cameras and she watched as a person forcefully dragged our dog out by a small lead wrapped around her neck. we have it on video. We were told they would not do anything like this and that was a complete lie. I didn't see the video until I was back but my wife the entire trip made sure to watch the cameras because that incident was so traumatizing to her and the dog. Now I see why. By the look of our dogs neck which is swollen, scabbed, red and missing hair we know she was forcefully pulled out like this on multiple occasions. WE brought the harness for a reason and with explicit instructions and again was given false reassurance. From that point on my wife looked at the camera at least 2 - 3 times an hour and almost every single time we saw the run closed. There was no free range for our ESA dog like we were told. She was literally locked in there day and night and only once or twice did we ever see it opened for her to go to the bathroom and it was usually around 11 and then never again. We thought ok maybe its because its so hot outside and they would open it. NOPE not the case we watched day after day and the run was not opened as they told us it would be. We have photos of our dog looking at the door in desperate need to get taken out. we tried to text but our package did not work for that. August 22nd we were watching the cameras again and this time our dog was looking at the door pacing back and forth her tail was up and we know this to mean that she severely have got to use the bathroom. Then we saw her start barking to try to get someone's attention so on a whim I emailed the email I got for confirmation and that went through. I wish I would have know that the whole time. We were told by Rachel not Kim a manager we found out during pickup was the person forcefully dragged our dog out by the neck, it would get opened soon then our camera shut down for awhile. ODD!! We went to him to watch videos because he wouldn't give us a copy of the full stay even though Rachel said she would email it to us. There was not only one incident but several and to top it all off on one of the days there was a time jump meaning something was missing but we have no idea what. We have filed several complaints and hope to get justice for our ESA mini. Since being home she has been so jumpy and very skiddish. All the progress we made with her has been lost. We want to prevent this from happening to someone else's animal that's why we are posting reviews and taking the necessary steps.

They also post photos and videos on Instagram where you can often catch a glimpse or two of your dog at play. You can even opt for special treats and snacks like pup cups, kong, and snappy snack homemade treats. My dog Maggie Mae loves it here, which is the best testament of all. Her tails always waggin', whether she's going in, or coming out. It's truly her home away from home. After the second attack, I read more reviews -- and to my horror, I discovered that another dog was recently paralyzed while under their care. That's when I knew I had to pull Kash out immediately. This facility is dangerously mismanaged. They allow medium and large dogs to play with small dogs (see photo proof), and it's clear they have far too many dogs and not nearly enough staff to supervise safely. Several employees even admitted that a particular dog should have been re-evaluated for aggression, yet that dog continues to attend daycare while other, well-behaved dogs are kept on rotation to accommodate it. That speaks volumes about their priorities and management. To make matters worse, some of the "positive" reviews I've seen online are encouraged or written by employees, which is extremely misleading for dog parents trying to make a safe choice. I'm heartbroken that Kash went through this, and I wouldn't wish it on any other dog. Please, do your research before bringing your pet here, look at reviews on all platforms. This place needs to be investigated and shut down before another innocent dog gets seriously hurt -- or worse
