I received a few estimates and decided to go with Brandon because he answered all my questions, was very forthcoming and professional. Other places I called would not give me quotes unless they came out fist, even though they do have standard pricing for pendant, chandeliers, etc... Brandon stopped by on a Saturday before heading to another job to speak to us about all the different needs we had. I went back and forth with him through Yelp and he was very responsive as well. He came back on Tuesday and finished all the work. If I could give him extra stars I would! I especially like how well he responded when I asked him to add more links to a chandelier he had already installed. I initially thought one link would be best but decided to add a few more and I'm very happy he didn't mind doing that for me. He also went out of his way and checked the attic for a fan we will be installing later down the line. His prices are very reasonable for the work he does. Surprise, the address listed on the internet belongs to somebody else. They will not divulge their address. Now I have to cancel my CC and notify some 20 other suppliers of a new card. Filing a dispute with my cc company to get my money back. Stay away from this company!
