I locked my keys in my car today and had my dog with me. We had just finished a training session which is located in a business park and they were getting ready to close. I still had an hours drive before I would be home and it would soon be dark. I was afraid we would be standing in the dark by ourselves waiting for a AAA technician to arrive. I explained to the girl on the telephone what the situation was and the call was expedited. Tim the AAA technician arrived in minutes. My dog was tired and scared so Tim did this while I kept a distance holding on to a skittish dog. Tim was prompt, polite and professional and after a terribly stressful situation I was overjoyed to experience a little dose of kindness. Lots of keys, but out of three keys we needed, they could only provide 1. The other two were were odd balls, but they tried their best.

They had very old key blanks that we needed for3classic cars !!! Best service happy people and all keys worked !

Dropped my son's civic off at noon because the key wouldn't unlock the door. We were told it would be a couple hour job. At 4:30 I called because I still hadn't heard anything and was told he couldn't fix it but we couldn't pick it up because he hadn't put the door back together. We called to get a quote on replacing some locks in our home. They gave a quote and I continued to get other quotes. When I called them back to schedule the work I asked them to confirm the quote that they gave me before, which they did. Once the service was completed, I was given a bill for more than the TWO quotes were for. The guy that did the job called his "boss", which was his dad and it went completely sour from there. He actually argued with us and told us that if we don't pay the full bill he was calling the police. . Very rude, very immature, and very unprofessional. I will of course pay the bill but I won't be quiet about it. I do not suggest them to anyone. read more

Randy was very responsive to my Medeco deadbolt request and answered all my annoying emails. They are only one of 2 authorized Medeco key outfits locally. Chad came and installed the 3 deadbolts, and even went back to his office to find 2 ANSI 1 bolts which were missing from my new lock kits, with no extra charge! He showed pride in his work, and made sure these difficult deadbolts were all installed perfectly. His drilling and chiseling was careful and he let me know what he was doing. Terrible customer service. When I called to inquire about our invoice, a friendly receptionist transferred me to the billing department. There I was greeted by a lady who was extremely unfriendly. She wouldn't even let me finish my question before interrupting me and answering what she thought was my question. When I finally was able to get my question out she asked me to "hold on a moment." I thought maybe she had another call, but then a different person picked up the phone. Apparently he was the owner. I had no idea I was being transferred. I had to repeat my questions all over again. He too interrupted me while I tried asking my questions on the bill. Extremely rude and unfriendly employees, with the exception of the receptionist. read more

I needed a couple of chip keys cut that I bought cheap off Amazon, and these guys did the job for only $2/key. Not only that, they cut one of their own keys (at no charge) for testing to make sure when they cut my chip key it would work. What a great locally owned place! I got a new fence lock and needed two tumblers re-keyed. I was in and out of the door within 5 minutes with the two tumblers, 1 house key, and 1 mailbox key.
