Unfortunately, when you have to let a remote employee go, they aren't always the nicest people and unfortunately in this case, the ex-employee took out their anger on the courier that we sent to pick up our equipment from his home. To use the word disappointed in someone that I thought was lot more professional and kind, even though his employment was at an end is an understatement. It's not an easy thing being in CA in this situation but as sorry as I am that the courier had to endure the harassment that was dished out on her, I can say that my experience with Denise and the Express Courier Systems was absolutely top notch!!
