The courier who arrived to move materials from our hotel to a corporate reception, Ann, was prompt, cordial, and very proactive and resourceful when dealing with a somewhat clueless hotel front desk. She had phoned ahead to get specific instructions from the delivery site. Our materials were delivered promptly and follow-up was immediate and thorough. Cannot say enough good things about this company! I was in a real bind; I am in Boston, and UPS had just completely screwed up shipment of a package to Orlando, and there it sat on their loading dock, with no one to get it to the hotel where it absolutely, positively had to be for a symposium beginning at 9 a.m. the next day. I called six (6) other couriers before Walter at ASAP picked up the phone at 7:20 p.m. He was a cool as a cucumber, arranging for someone to get in their car and head over to UPS while we were still talking on the phone. The driver (wonderful Dave) got to UPS before they closed at 8 p.m., then drove the package over to the hotel the next morning and delivered it at 7 a.m., when the business office opened. They got every detail of this complicated mess right, and I was notified by email at every step of the way. The cost for all this was more than reasonable. What more can I say? ASAP Courier absolutely rocked it. Don't bother calling anyone else (they probably won't pick up anyway). read more
