This man Stephen (?) has helped me out of the goodness of his heart when no one else would come on a Thanksgiving Day! My keys were locked in my house, doors locked, and no car keys or cell phone. These guys are the BEST. Steve came out to my home and totally fixed me up, unlocked what I needed, fixed locks, and such a nice/friendly guy. I would recommend this company to anyone. Hired them Monday to do my home & office. He finally showed up after calling them. He sold me an extra device to open my garage. He said I'll be out Wednesday 11am. No call no show after waiting. Lady said Thursday 11am sorry were busy. No call no show again. I called she said sorry were very busy & said Friday 11am again same time.. AGAIN NO CALL NO SHOW. I called at 9:16 pm Friday night on regular # ,the same lady answered & was rude AGAIN saying were busy he will come tomorrow. Then the owner starts texting me saying not to call him after hours. He said he has a faimly too..OMG THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE ANSWERED. USE A MACHINE. DON'T USE !!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Taylor came to my home to rekey a couple locks on an old home that we had simply lost the key to. It was easy to schedule a time, and Taylor showed up right when he said he would. If I could rate a 0 I would! Terrible experience horrible customer service! The short red head guy was a d**k head at best with an attitude problem and a liar! The guy was trying to make me feel stupid and trying to convince it the only option to my sloppy ignition is to pay them 150 dollars to rebuild it when I told him I'd pass I can order an ignition lock cylinder that I key myself for 60 dollars he tried to tell me when you buy it new it comes pre keyed and I'd still have to pay them the same price to do it when I know for a fact it doesn't come with a key because it isn't keyed then he cut the key by code instead of off the key when he was supposed to cut it off the key and tried to charge me the price for cutting it by code and just over all a whole terrible service with a guy that has an extremely distasteful attitude and over all disrespectful slamming drawers and getting Ill when he can't talk people into expensive services that are neither wanted or needed! I simply needed my keys cut and I can do the rest! 10 outta 10 do not recommend instead use Josh with Hoffmans lock service he's a way better guy with way better customer service skills and does a fantastic job at a fair price read more

These people are WONDERFUL. I was locked out of my car on a cold rainy night desperately needing someone to make me a key. I had once before lost my key and they gave me the most exquisite service. I am so glad that Mr.Steve helped me. No bad review could ever change my mind on who to call when I need a key. MAKE SURE WHEN YOU NEED A KEY TO CALL THEM!!! read more
