This lead to an excruciatingly painful fractured rib.....at a time I was quite fit and not prone to that kind of injury. The other bad experience I had was overseas when I was seeking help for lower back pain after a fall that I believed misaligned me. This practitioner was a very hurried impatient sort who didn't prepare me well for his manipulation which he did sloppily, standing behind, lifting me up and simultaneously pulling me backwards. The outcome of that awful adjustment was severe upper back pain ....and a solemn promise to myself never to attend a chiropractor again. I would have stuck to that promise to myself too if it weren't for my husband appealing to me to try Megan Custer for my upper back pain (because she has been helping him so much).
