I was forewarned ahead of time not to use this company because Sabrina's husband had ripped off…read moresome people in the Houston area took their money for roofing jobs and he never showed up using the money for drugs. After speaking to Sabrina when she showed up to give me an estimate she assured me that she was trustworthy and that she was going through a divorce and that she would not even have me pay until the job was done, so I believed her and allowed her to put a new roof on my house. After the first day I overheard the 2 men she had hired that they were worried about not getting paid, so the next time I spoke with Sabrina I asked her how much she was paying them and she told me 2500.00. I purchased all the materials from Menards and I told the guys doing my roof that I would make sure they got paid 1250.00 each just like she had said and that I would pay them separately and give her the balance to be sure they were paid! They were happy about that the next day I told Sabrina I was paying them separate and she would get the balance, and she was not happy with that at ALL! I asked her why it mattered if that was what she was paying them anyway and she informed me that she was not in her right mind when she told me that. To me she planned on ripping them off or underpaying them. I still paid them what they told me they were promised and she got the balance and all was fine. The next day however the ridge cap started coming off, I took pictures and sent them to Sabrina, about a week later she sent someone to put it on. Now about 5 months later I am having the same issue so she told me 3 weeks ago she would fix it when I asked her last week when she was going to fix the cap and tiles coming off my roof she informed me she would do it when she got around to it. I said well you are not going to run the 6 months out that is left on my warranty and then tell me too bad so I want it fixed now. I gave her until 4-18-2022 to take care of it and left her a review very similar to this one, however it seemed to have disappeared after she informed me that unless I took down the bad review she would not fix my roof. I don't know if there is some kind of program that can remove them but I suspect there may be as it seems another bad review also disappeared. Somehow even the one I left on the BBB site is gone as well but there are 2 complaints and several bad reviews there still. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE LIARS, THEIVES AND WILL NOT DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY AND WILL NOT COME AND FIX PROBLEMS IF THEY ARISE, SHE IS NO DIFFERENT THAN HER HUSBAND! I have been in Contact with Sabrina as she states however she told me she would get around to fixing my roof when she felt like it, I gave her over 3 weeks to fix the issue after the first 4 months and she choose not to. Once I left bad reviews due to her not fixing the issue she said she will only fix the issue now if I remove the bad reviews. Sorry doesn't work that way she had many months to take care of the issue and I extended it further to April 18, I am forewarning people as I don't want them to get ripped off by her like I have been. Additionally in response to her answer she did not take 1000.00 off for any benefit to me. We had originally thought there were 2 layers on my roof so they would have to be torn off they double layer the edges which I did not know until the roofers told me. I had showed the edge to Sabrina and she added 1000,00 to my bill to remove the original roof, so either she doesn't know Jack about roofing or she planned on ripping me off for 1000.00 by charging me for removing a roof when there was only 1 and they were able to go over the original roof. If I had not asked the roofers about it I would suspect I would have been ripped off for the 1000.00. Yes my sister told her she can come fix the issue just as I have many times she was again according to my sister supposed to fix it on Mon. 4-25-22 ANOTHER NO SHOW! And to her other comment about not wanting to pay the full amount, I actually paid 500.00 over the original Estimate to that the roofers would be paid what they were supposed to be paid for plus reimbursement to them for materials etc they had to buy out of pocket due to Sabrina not bringing them everything they needed. ( Yes I paid for all materials per Sabrina's request) However she had the materials delivered to the job etc. This so called company can't afford to pay for the materials so they have the customer buy them, or perhaps it comes down to... if the customer buys the materials and things go wrong and they decide to screw you like they have done to people in the past than they are not out the money... and have your money in their pocket.

On day two the two roofers that she put on the job I overheard them complaining that they were afraid they weren't going to get paid so I had asked Sabrina next time I spoke with her how much she was paying the roofers and she stated she was giving them $2,500 so I informed her that I would pay them 1250 a piece and give her the balance, she wasn't very happy with that idea. I asked her what the problem is since that's what she was going to pay them in the end she accepted it .The very next day after the roof was finished the ridge cap was coming off so she sent them back out to put it back on 3 days later it was coming off again, after several weeks of arguing with her over this she finally sent someone back out and he informed me that the nails they put in were too short so here it is now April 12th 6 months later and I'm having the same problem because the nails they used were too short. I told Sabrina that I have just been diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer she said she would pray for me and send somebody out the following week that was about 3 weeks ago. Today I asked her when she planned on getting somebody out here She said she will get someone out here whenever she gets somebody out here! I only have 6 months left on my warranty and she's playing games and I'm tired of playing the games so I gave her until Monday which gives her 6 more days to get this roof fixed or I'm taking her to court save your money and use someone else she has no integrity at all! Be prepare to be ripped off by her if you use her company!
