complained about driving 35minutes to our house; reluctantly said would send guys out, we sent plenty of pictures so they would know extent of problem and what to bring, never heard confirmation all the way up 'til night before schdled appointment, so i got spooked and asked to re-schd; never heard back what-so-ever; they left us with NO WATER as we had to turn off well pump to keep pump from running on due to leak.
