She assured us that this company was used to working with historic districts and was fully licensed and insured. We are very pleased with the results. My husband and I live in SC, but we were faced with readying my mother's house to sell long distance. The house had been occupied for approximately 6 years following my mother's death, but at the time we stepped in, we found that the house was in severe disrepair inside and outside. Going thru the process of renovating an entire house is not always a pleasant experience, especially when you're thousands of miles away from the actual property, but Robert Ray has been wonderful to work with every step of the way. I was lucky enough to have found him, a referral from my Realtor for my first rental property in Detroit. With the house being over 90+ years old, I had major issues one after the other. Robert was patient, knowledgeable, communicative, and accessible throughout the entire process.
