We hired Remodel Rewards to sand, stain, and seal our hardwood floors. During the initial visit,…read morethe company seemed thorough -- they provided a quote that included everything we requested: replacing planks on the stairway, removing nails, and filling divots. We were satisfied with the quote and ready to move forward. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. Communication was very slow, and it took quite some time for them to schedule the work. When they finally began, the work performed did not match what was quoted or promised. They did not replace any planks on the stairs, did not remove nails, and instead of using the specified products, they used a stain-and-sealer mix that looked more like paint on our hardwood floors. The workmanship was poor -- stain was left on the baseboards, and after four days, the floors were still wet and covered in dirt. When we tried to walk on them, the finish left footprints and began peeling. We contacted the company, and while they offered to redo the work, we no longer trusted them to deliver the correct product or quality. We asked for a partial refund so we could correct the floors ourselves, but they did not provide one. We ultimately had to spend an additional $400 to fix and refinish the floors properly. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Remodel Rewards for any hardwood floor refinishing projects. The lack of follow-through, poor workmanship, and unprofessional handling of the situation were deeply disappointing. They couldn't even manage to get the correct color of stain for the job. They left behind proof of using the wrong color and said they forgot to check when they picked it up from the store.

I hade gutter guards installed in late summer 2023 when I had new gutters installed on my home…read more The next spring 2024 when the trees started seeding the gutter guards filled up with seeds instead of washing off like I was led to believe they would. I wanted these guards installed so I wouldn't have to climb on the roof and clean my gutters. I took these pictures and went to Tri County to have this problem looked at. I was assured that they would find a solution to this. They texted this to me not once but twice but no one ever showed up. Now it's 2025 the problem is worse and I'm still waiting to hear from them. I basically was blown off. I had them do some other work on my garage and had them install the gutters They did quality on those projects . But DO NOT get their gutter guards if you have trees near your house because they don't work and obviously they don't stand by their product. They say on their advertising that YOU'LL BE HAPPY.Im not happy! Unfortunately I had to resort to this but I paid over $1000 on the gutter guards. I believe they should do better.

They did tell me eventually I would have to have the roof replaced. Within 3 months of the repair my roof started leaking again. When I called them they told me this type of repair was not guaranteed and I would have to pay from them to come back out to see why the roof was leaking again in the same spot! I pointed out to them at the bottom of the bill it states "We will warrant our workmanship on all repairs we complete" and it says "If for some reason the job was not completed to your satisfaction, please contact us." I felt that due to the fact the repair did not last even 3 months at the minimum they should have offered to come out for free to see what was going on. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
