The website they tell me I must use to pay and update my payment information has been down and will not allow me to update my credit card. When I call the corporate office, they acknowledged that the website is not working properly and that many customers are having trouble paying their fees. Their only option is to come in or I will be assessed late fees. They acknowledged the fact that I work out of the area but refuse to understand why I am unable to come in and pay in person. I have now made seven phone calls, sent emails and tried countless times to pay them via multiple methods but they refuse to take my payment. To threaten a customer with fees and tell them you are denying them access to their belongings because you refuse to accept their payments over the phone and your website is down is ridiculous. Judging by the fact that previous reviewers have been having the same issues for the past year, it sounds like management is more interested in scamming customers into late fees than actually taking payments. If you're looking for storage, stay away from Metro Self Storage on Summerlin.
