I like that fact that we have a spot that is underneath the overhang and has access to electricity. This way we can keep the inside temp at around 78 degrees all year round when we are not using it. It is great for me, a person with allergies and we can keep the air purifier running. It's so much easier for us to clean the inside in a comfortable temperature. We also have unlimited access to the truck wash which is included in the fee and you can wash and vacuum your car too. We have access to the dump and water too. There is a restroom for you to use in the main building along with a conference room that is available for rent. Did I mention that it is gated?! There is full time staff there that is on the premises and it is family run. This way we don't have to worry about theft or break ins. Our RV remains protected from high winds and hurricanes too. Last year after Ian we were able to take our RV to the east coast until we got our water and electric back in Cape Coral. I highly recommend Diplomat RV and Storage and their staff is exceptional!

The only issue we had was the move got pushed back a day, but that was mostly due to another client being somewhat less that truthful about the amount of stuff they had, so the "small job" they were trying to do on the same day became a 12-hour ordeal for them. I get it, and it actually worked out fine. I have to say that William was more than accommodating, and the price was incredible! Completely blew everyone else out of the water! Bobby and Jeffrey, even though I knew they were exhausted, took the time to really put things where I wanted them, and helped me get a little bit sorted so I can live in the new place. I can't stress enough how much that helped me! I have a couple of physical issues, and I was pretty much done half-way through, but they just took care of it all, and now I can at least get ready for work in the morning.
