Tony and his team did an excellent job at a fair price on the siding. House looks great.

Horrible experience using this business. I hired Tony (owner) to redo the siding on the front of our home and flash a newly installed bay window. I hired him because he has been in the business for a long time and the price was reasonable. The job should have taken less than a full day and instead took months. The end result was poor workmanship which was rushed and I have attached photos. I also had to deal with a good amount of drama between him and his worker who constantly were at each other. The siding was flat matte white and I was told he would have no trouble matching it. Over a month went by and Tony showed up at my home to tell me that he could not match my siding. He then told me that there was nothing wrong with the existing siding and he would have his professional crew come and insulate the window and tie in the composite flashing with the existing siding. I was told that the job would look "clean" and "like new". Over the next few weeks I had one crew from Tony randomly show up to just tell me that they did not do windows and that Tony would call me. A few days later I had another unannounced visit from Tony and his worker Andrew, who stood on the front lawn and essentially argued with each other on how best to flash the window. After a few weeks without hearing from Tony, I called and was told his guy would be there on Saturday. By noon that coming Saturday no one showed up and I once again called only to be told that his crew had car trouble and they would be back the next day. I was given the car trouble excuse once more during this project. Over the next two months, I would have Tony's guy show up sporadically only to do a little work in the afternoon and then tell me he didn't have everything he needed and would be back later in the week. During this project I would never get a call from Tony letting me know when his worker would be at my home or when they would finish. I always had to call to get them to come. When I called Tony to let him know I was unhappy with the time this was taking and his lack of communication he blasted his worker and told me he would have his professional crew show up the next day. The next day his same worker showed up. The finished result was terrible. The cuts on the composite flashing are not flush and are bowed up. There are large gaps between the flashing and the siding as it was not tied into the existing siding so that insects and bugs can get it. There is also an enormous amount of caulk used all around the sides of the flashing and underneath the window. The nail holes were never filled in and visible. When I sent a message to Tony that I was unhappy with the work I never heard from him. I let a few weeks go by and sent him another message that I was disappointed in the fact that he did not come to look at the job or call me. I received a call immediately from his worker who just wanted to argue with me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Tony, the owner arrived on time on the scheduled date. He Came a few times to check the progress, was friendly, answered all my questions and gave us the best price, he did the siding on our house and shed I would recommend him to anyone looking to do their siding. read more

If I could give a zero I would. The guy couldn't even show up to give a quote! I gave him 4 attempts. He was so full of excuses it became laughable. I even text him on the last attempt. He was supposed to show at 930am called to say his car tire spare was missing and went on for 5 minutes about how he didn't understand what happened. Said he would be there at 1030. We had a bet that meant 12. When 200pm rolled around I text him asking what happened. No response. Bottom line: full of excuses before he even did a bid. Run away. read more

After more than a month, the job has finally been completed using three different crews. The first crew broke two windows and damaged several screens, and left debris to blow all over my yard and my neighbors' yards. They damaged the shrubbery, broke my porch light, broke several shutters, and threw away my gutter leads and a security light. They broke 100 year-old architectural pieces from the house, which I had to glue back together. I caught one of them going through the mail in my box - the last straw. The second crew was better, but also damaged trees and shrubbery. Again - debris everywhere, and Tony making trips with his van to remove the larger items. Finally got their "best guy" to finish up, and he was great - but I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. The workers were amiable, friendly, available to answer any questions, and above all professional. The owner of the company Tony D'Addone was excellent to do business with. Affordable Siding installed new roofing over my prefab house a year ago. Tony D'Adone representing this company showed up on time to give me reasonable cost estimate and time frame of roof works. Material was delivered just a day before works started, worker showed on time, working all day long, next day at 7am he was back on the roof, early PM the roof of 24x48 house was finished. No any leak thru the roof since that time and with company 10 years labor warranty I can sleep peacefully another 9 years. I was so satisfied with the cost and workers, that I hired them again and by now they are finishing the leaky roof on my primary residence. 'Workers are very nice and polite, doing their best to make customer happy. Every day they do good clean up after their work. We had minor misunderstanding when works started, Tony right the way positively responded my phone call. Communication between customer, workers and company representative cannot be any better. I can highly recommend this company. read more
