Our house needed a good power wash. We found this company via a flyer that comes with many others each week. Based on yelp reviews we called to inquire about their services. I do like the fact that they use a soft power wash. You definitely don't want a high pressure power wash on your house. That should be reserved for porches and decks. We called and we made an appointment for the follow week. The price quoted was the price paid. The company called a day before to confirm and told us what we needed to store and other facts for a successful wash. On appointment day two workers arrived on time and proceeded to power wash thoroughly our house. You really could see the difference after they were finished. read more

This review is for Affordable Soft Wash Solutions located in Takoma Park Maryland, (301) 495-9274. http://www.affordablesoftwashsolutions.com We found the company in one of those annoying mail adds, but we've been looking for someone that could clean the siding and deck without costing an arm and a leg. We have a white composite resin deck that over the years had begun to look toxic with mold and dirt. When we got a hard rain, worm-like strands of mold would ooze up from between the tight planks. We were sceptical about the company's claims, but, wow, Wow, WOW! The deck and the siding on the house look brand new and the deck is blindingly white. Affordable Soft Wash Solutions also lived up to the "affordable" part of their name. The total cost for cleaning the house and deck was less than half the price we were quoted by another well known business that pridefully boasts about being on Angie's List and their estimate was just for the deck! Totally agree with Disappointed in Columbia. Do not use this company. They talk a good game but do not do what they say they will and then try to talk or write their way out of it, as they did in the response to Disappointed. They do not take responsibility for their work. I had my deck power washed, sanded and restained. My neighbors now walk by and ask me what in the world happened to my deck because it looks so bad. It is a two-toned mess that will be very costly to fix. Check Angie's List review for photos. Do not believe the Angie's list "Super Service Awards" on this company's advertisement. Affordable Softwash Solutions is The Whole Bomb! I was referred to a friend's landscaper who also does proessure washing. This joker came to my house and quoted $700 for a SFH. No Sir! Although I was uneasy about it, I contacted Affordable Softwash Solutions from (of all places) The Clipper. I thought surely they would hit me with a hidden charge after I provided my address. Nope! They gave me a great price $225 for a nearly 3,000SF property. I wasnt at home when they came but they did show up and complete the work within the window they gave me. When I pulled up, the house looked like it was freshly painted! It even smelled like a spring shower. I recommend them 1000%. read more

I used these people to power wash my house about 1 month ago. They cleaned my house but they broke my patio bar and now they don't want to pay for it. Jorge and his helper did a poor job, they left my house without letting me know that they broke my bar. I was so hurt when I arrived home to see glass everywhere. I called the office to let them know what happened (Friday) evening. The manager Richard called me on a Saturday to express his concerns and to let me know that he would take care of everything just let him know. I stopped payment on the check b/c I felt that payment was not deserved for what they did. Richard knew that and still expressed to me that he would take care of me. They came out on Saturday to access the damage and not one time did anyone reach out to see if we needed the glass to be cleaned up. I finally found what I thought would replace my bar (keeping in mind) that Richard said that he would take care of everything. I could have gotten a new set but I elected to be conservative and just get the bar. Now Richard is backing out on his word. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY! read more
