This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. I met Joe and his son Little Joe, they quoted me a reasonable price and said they could stop by after finishing the job they were working on. Before I knew it my sidewalk was clean and looking new. It took hardly no time to do the job (3 men doing the job) where I know it would have taken me half a day doing it myself. I basically paid the $200 more cause I was too tired to argue. Lawrencia tries her best to work with you which is why not 1 star but really if you're looking for result not the right contractor for your job.
