He was incredibly patient, from working around the home inspector for the consultation, the plumber replacing pipes under the sink and appliance delivery. My backsplash tile was very intricate, and I was blown away when I saw him laying it out and making a template to include the many outlets on the wall. Once laid out, he was sure to get my opinion on what part of the tile pattern I wanted to emphasize before tracing the template and making the cuts. I ordered white quartz kitchen counter tops. My kitchen have a diagonal wall where my sink sits. The pro company came out twice measured and made templates. The first time it was too long cut into two pieces that required bonding a seam to accommodate the diagonal. What you would see typically with a formica top seam. The installer cut through my door trim to make it fit. I was furious. They removed it and remeasured again the two pieces but this time the hole for the faucet was not right and a sorry attempt was made to patch the hole in my discontinued door trim. I called Bravo and went with them because it was a small family business. I felt I could not go wrong in that he is buliding a business and reputation was at stake. Their was a bit of anxiety in that their was a language barrier with the office staff. I had to trust the process of their business model. Octavio the owner came out to measure and make the template and he speaks well and listened to me. He nailed it. He got it right and did not have to cut it into two pieces. No seam. Not only that he and employees respect my property during the installation in comparison to the Pro Company who left sharp razor blades around. His wife the office manager came by during installation to make sure that I was pleased. I was happy with the pricing in comparison as well. Big and established is not always better. Reputation is everything. I highly recommend them. All I can say is you have to let go and trust the process. He is an expert in his craft. Im still not completely finished to provide pictures and this review is late as in Fall of 2023.

Jeremy and his crew remodeled my kitchen and half bath in July 2025. Initially I was happy with the…read morework done. A couple weeks after the remodel, a cabinet door fell off. Turns out the installer used a screw that was too short. Jeremy came over and fixed it. 2.5 months after the remodel, I discovered a flaw in the quartz countertop that was installed. It's about a 7" long by 3-4" wide white spot where there is no veining. According to my research, this was caused due to a defect in the manufacturing process. Modern Stone was hired by Jeremy to install the countertop. Modern Stone never caught the defect. Jeremy never caught the defect. Because this flaw should have been found via a quality control process and wasn't found before it was installed in my home, I contacted Jeremy for resolution. He offered no serious resolution and said it wasn't his responsibility to fix the problem. In addition to the countertop, the drain stopper in my bathroom that Jeremy installed broke and he would not fix it. Update: I decided to take Mr. Ashley to small claims court. Court date was 1/21/26. My argument was that Mr. Ashley was negligent in his duty to me as his client. First, he installed flawed countertop. He should have performed a quick visual quality check prior to installation but did not. Second, he never explained what Level 1 quartz was to me. It seems that Level 1 quartz typically has flaws like this which is accepted by the industry. As a project manager familiar with quality control, a flaw is a flaw, regardless of what the industry accepts. I was not aware of this and none of my research indicated that flaws were likely. Mr. Ashley had a duty to ensure I understood what I was getting with quartz countertop, since he is the expert. He should have had my best interests at heart and he didn't. I called a couple of his references, and they said he was very communicative and a professional. This was NOT my experience. Had I known, I may have chosen a different countertop. He explained Level 1 quartz to the magistrate but not me. Unfortunately, I lost. The magistrate said I was in the wrong and not Mr. Ashley. After he won, Mr. Ashley asked the magistrate to order me to remove this review. The magistrate said I have freedom of speech. CAN YOU BELEIVE HE ACTUALLY TRIED TO TRAMPLE ON MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS? Lessons learned: 1. Those who do wrong are not always brought to justice. The law does not protect everyone. 2. Don't assume Mr. Ashley will provide you with the info you need to make an educated decision. 3. Get an itemized receipt BEFORE you pay him in full. I never got an itemized receipt and asked multiple times, because his team did other things for me in addition to the remodel. 4. Perform your own quality check on things before they are installed in your home. Take all the time you need because the flaw I found was white on white and not very apparent unless you are looking for it. 5. Go to Lowes or Home Depot and ask about pros and cons of the materials before choosing. Sometimes other people know more about a product than you do and can help you make a decision. Your research will not always yield the info you need.

The contractor, Eddie was very pleasant and nice to work with; so I hired him under contract to…read morerepair the leaks in the gutter over my sunroom. He did come originally when he stated he would, and brought a worker with him. They supposedly repaired the leaks, stating that he stood behind his work, and that he would come back if the leak continues and fix it at no extra cost to me until I was satisfied that the gutters no longer leaked on the outside and inside of my sunroom. It still leaked. He returned once, took a look, stated that the under plywood was wet from rain due to the leak and once it dried, within a few days; there would no longer be a leak since he repaired the gutters; no more rain could get in. He promised me that! Several Weeks later, the leak continues. He has not returned, and no longer answers my text messages. F/U, The Contractor Eddie contacted me today, and refunded me a fair amount of the money I'd paid him, and apologized for not contacting me last week as promised. Of course the gutter problem has still not been resolved.

The ladies at DMG worked with me today to see if we could identify a granite remnant for a bathroom…read moreand/or kitchen countertop. They have a great selection of stone remnants in various sizes. We found 2 great possibilities. Their guys came out with the machinery needed to pull the slabs out into the sunlight so we could fully see them. One of the guys came back with a cloth and wiped them down. I thought that was really great of him to do that for us. Seeing both pieces together made the selection process easier. Since they didn't have a remnant I wanted for the kitchen they referred me to another supplier about a mile away who just sells the large slabs. However, I was thrilled to find a beautiful remnant as that is a great value and helps me stay on budget. I highly recommend Dynamic Marble and Granite.
