He was incredibly patient, from working around the home inspector for the consultation, the plumber replacing pipes under the sink and appliance delivery. My backsplash tile was very intricate, and I was blown away when I saw him laying it out and making a template to include the many outlets on the wall. Once laid out, he was sure to get my opinion on what part of the tile pattern I wanted to emphasize before tracing the template and making the cuts. My house is 100 years old and I'm fully aware of the surprises that pop up when remodeling which can be really scary. Well let me just tell you, Ross and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Everything from start to finish was seamless and SO easy. The prices were extremely reasonable and the quote includes installation and drilling holes for the sink and faucet systems. The process took less than a week from getting the quote to installation. Ross is extremely responsive and has an open line of communication. His team showed up right on time, actually a little bit early and didn't leave any mess behind which was nice. I have already recommended ProStone to friends of mine and I would definitely use them again. I chose "white G" granite and I just really love how it turned out. My next project is the backsplash! (The lighting in one of the pictures makes the granite look a little yellow or beige but I promise its light, white and bright in person)
