Jeanie asked about my tax situation, and genuinely seemed worried about fixing my issue with the IRS ASAP. I was introduced to Rich my first time visiting the office. Rich was an absolute blast to do my taxes with, he was so determined to get me the highest refund possible. While meeting with Richard, he introduced us to the junior accountant who I found out did most of my tax work ahead of time, Fernanda. She answered all my questions in great detail, she was extremely professional and helpful through the entire appointment. I cant express how grateful I am to find such an exciting and knowledgeable team. My husband started a small business this year and Jimmy contacted us right away to start our yearly planning so we wouldn't run into any surprises for next year's taxes. I overheard them scheduling Zoom meetings, which makes me so happy they are adjusting to each clients situation. They had hand sanitizer and Lysol in the front desk area. I witnessed them spraying Lysol after I got up and wiping down the countertops with Clorox wipes. The office was very modern and gorgeous. The front waiting area was clean and presentable. It is located tucked in a little shopping center on 202 and Old Cutler Road. The office is small and cozy but comfortable enough for your tax experience. The signs outside will say Insurance, Income Tax, etc as they provide different services, but don't worry your in the right place. Sixto is the person that has done my taxes and he is very nice. He will help you along and is very courteous and professional. I make an appointment to make sure I don't need to wait, and it's worked because the wait time is very short and pleasant. I will continue using their services for income taxes even though they are not the closest income tax office to me!
