My appointment was with David Cardonas at 2pm of which he didn't see me until 2:45pm - no biggie. When I asked him to review my 2024 return under the "free" double check, he told me that my return was too complicated for him since I sold my home in 2024. I must have been the only customer he's dealt with that sold a home before or had a brokerage account as that too seemed to baffle him (and he was the "master" accountant per their website). All I needed was a double check to see if there were any errors and he didn't even want to bother as he said "why don't you come back when I'm not as busy". FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! Avoid this location at all cost
