Not everyone is cut out to be the boss, but when you put the time in, you will succeed, and you will pass the first time. There's plenty of parking and it's located in a business park. The instructors are easy to understand and teach to the test. But you still have to know what you're doing. This is where all the background activity happens that actually makes the schools run. All of the bills gets paid here, textbooks and supplies get ordered here, interviews for school staff/teachers gets done here, background checks get done here, etc. Also, if for some reason, you happen to need your official high school transcript and you graduated like more than a decade ago, you'll have to come here to get it. If you don't work here in the building, then you'll have to stop at the desk just inside the entrance to get a pass. In order to do so, you'll need to show a legal photo ID, and you'll need to tell them where you need to go in the building and why. Because there are so many employees here, parking will usually be an issue. More than likely, you'll have to park way out in the back lot. My husband and I use to come here all the time until just a few months ago when his mother (who worked here) retired. They have a cafeteria on the 5th floor and she would often invite us to come have lunch with her. This building sits directly on the Southbank. Inside the building, on the north side, there are beautiful views of the river, downtown Jacksonville, and the Jaguars Stadium.

Athough the course ovreral seems to be good, I wish they had had someone doing double-checking before things went live. Course materials appear to have been last updated in 2016, and, although most is still relevant, parts such as online marketing techniques are outdated. The main office seems to be a small suite in Ponte Vedra, Florida with contracted people in various other states. When overwhelmed, support is slow, but Stephani is very friendly. First time I had an issue with uploading course work, it took three attempts before getting a response, then when there was another issue with the website, it took two attempts to get through because they were overwhelmed. They don't seem to use their ticket support system effectively and chat does not seem to be monitored. I have had to leave a message any time I call, since they don't answer their phones. My biggest frustration is with the quiz and practice test questions. There are a significant number of poorly written questions, spelling mistakes, and test writing errors. Obvious mistakes with how some questions are written ended up requiring more time to pass exams. My state has now ended virtual inspection walk-throughs, required for licensing, so now there is a queue with no estimated date for when I will actually get to finish the required hours even though that is supposed to be included in the course fees.

He seemed ungrateful for their service as a member and their ministry commitment. He also wanted people who were interested in being part of the choir to audition. Being in God's house I've never experienced a church that conducts auditions for the Lord's work. The church put off bad vibes in joining. My wife agreed and we are looking elsewhere in finding a church home.
