The first time they came out, they cut several trees that had grown behind our garage and shop and were actually lying on our roof. They also cleared a bunch of bushes and ivy that had taken over the sides of the garage. They came on time with a crew large enough to clear everything out quickly. They work efficiently and even took time to clean up the debris leftover from the job. The next time we needed to have trees cut back, we immediately thought of them. Again, they gave us a great price for the job we needed done. They're a great company and I highly recommend them for any of your lawn care or tree trimming needs. So -- I decided I would make one more try to Scheller's and it was the smartest thing I'd done all year. Ann Scheller answered the phone and I was immediately impressed: cordial and helpful. I explained that my apartment complex let me plant in a empty space nesxt to my door: I needed the rocks gone, some topsoil, and a lilac bush. Mr. Scheller showed up, gave an estimate and I hired tbhem. He sent a two-man team who made quick work and even threw in some extras. They worked hard and did a superior job -- better than I had imagined. Even removed 2X1 foot rock! They were polite and answered questions, etc. Cost was a bit higher than the estimate but, I did add to the job. In all, it was a bargain. Later my lilac bush didn't look too well -- they helped me baby-sit it back to normal. It's thriving! To say I am impressed with this company is an understatement. And after looking at their website and seeing some of their past work I consider myself blessed to have chosen them.

If you select Shane for your remodeling, repair or replacement projects you have good intuition…read more Shane is a very knowledgeable multi-skilled individual who seems to specialize in just about everything and if he can't do the job he will tell you upfront. Over the last two years he has completed a variety of jobs for me from changing out the overhead kitchen light system, replacing the 35 year old front storm door, painting over the entrance door from a dull weathered brown look to a beautiful red, repairing several drywall cracks and just recently replaced a 40 year old 4-burner cook-top range. His quality of work is outstanding and his costs to perform all jobs are more than reasonable. On top of everything else, Shane is one trustworthy nice guy who is fun to talk to and learn from. .

Shane was referred to me from my realtor. He came out and provided an estimate for the work that needed to be done and I agreed that his estimate was worth the work involved. when it came time for the work to be done, two of the three ceiling fans that I purchased did not work according to Shane, I then contacted the sellers was able to obtain a replacement for one and parts for the second one which would take over 12 weeks to arrive Shane then charged me an additional $150 to come back and address those issues along with finishing the items from the original quote which he claims were included. The screen door that he replaced, the screening is not tight and I'm also unable to lock the screen door as previously could. One of the two fans that didn't work actually had no problem at all. He read the directions incorrectly and the fan worked the entire time but he just wasn't 100% sure. he did however, offer $75 off that fan and since I had flooring put in, I asked him to go ahead and reseat the toilet that the flooring company would not do. That became a whole issue as he was unable to reseat it properly and claimed it was the flooring company or some other issue. The toilet was perfectly seated and fine prior and I was present for the removal, which was quite normal with no additional issues. I quite honestly feel that this man who is extremely nice, just does not have the professional capabilities to provide the services that he claims he is able to do . I I ended up actually fixing quite a few things that he had done incorrectly. My lesson in this, I actually can do quite a few things and I don't need to pay anybody for it. Lesson learned and buyer beware!

WOW. Juan and his crew did beautiful work for us!…read more We had a wet basement and knew that part of the issue was our settling foundation and wrong-sloping lawn. Our garage floor had dropped 4 inches, the sidewalks slanted in ways that made rivers of rain flood back towards the house, and our parking pad was a muddy mess. Baza poured new footings and a retaining wall as a new front porch foundation, so we can bring in dirt to raise elevation right near the house. They replaced our sinking garage floor and parking pad, and corrected our sidewalks, building a beautiful raised walk to the front door that will eliminate steps. Juan made it a point to let us know other corrections that should be made (for instance, our basketball goal isn't capped and could freeze and damage the new work he's done). Work was amazingly quick, reasonably priced, and they even took the time to replant some flowers that had gotten disrupted when they redid the sidewalk. Our house looks fantastic now.
