Not only were they the friendliest out of everyone I contacted, he was also the only one who actually got down and looked closely at the floors (discovering problems the other guys had missed). Even after finding out it was more work than we were planning, he beat everyone else's estimates! We had this company take care of all the above mentioned issues and they did such an amazing job, I don't think anyone would have done better! They made sure everything was done right even though it ended up taking more time that originally planned (though additional costs were never mentioned-the estimate was the price we were charged). Our floors look great and the crew went above and beyond what most crews do. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves (even bringing their own brooms, trash cans, dust pans, etc) and were content working around us so that we were not at all put out by the construction. They even went so far as to offer to help us move our appliances back after the floors were done so that we didn't risk damaging the new flooring by attempting to put the appliances back ourselves! If I ever need my floors done again, I will be calling these guys and I will definitely be referring them to everyone I can!
