This was my very first time talking to a tree removal business with Arborists. The person answering the phone is not creating a welcoming feeling. She speaks is such a condescending tone. I was sorry that I called and bothered her at her job (sarcasm) She spoke very fast without any emotion and seemed so annoyed when I asked questions. She didn't even let me finish my reason for calling when she barked at me " Address., Name. " She made me feel as if she was way to busy to deal with a customer. (the reason she has this job) Then when I mentioned that I wanted them to answer a couple questions about some ornamentals, she replied "that will have to be a seperate appointment" I asked why I had to have a second appointment for just some questions. She did not reply. I just wanted to get off the phone. UGH. I have not received a call back regarding any quote appointment, etc. I will not use this company or recommend them. They should rethink how they allow office staff to speak to customers. I am sure I am not the only one that has experienced the attitude.

Told a guy nothing larger than 16 t 18 inches. Later in the afternoon I seed what they left and told them they are too large for me to handle. Said they would be back the next day to get them. 2 months later still there. When I called and got hung up on soon as I stated why I was calling. The believed owner hung up on me at that time and now no chance of calling them I believe they blocked my number. I sent a letter Signature on receipt stating that if the wood was not removed within 1 week from the receipt of the letter they would be charged $100 a day retroactive to the day of the receipt of said letter. The wood still here. Back in the day If a man gave you his word he kept it. Since he didn't keep his word you an see how TOTALLY untrustworthy him and his company is I.M.H.O. I am soon to be 61 and I think this borders on elder abuse by taking advantage of older people. They said to the neighbor they would be back that Friday to get his wood. Probably 15 to 20 cords worth once split. Well they now told him they would not be back till December. Talk about take the money and run. Now my neighbor and the rest of the neighborhood has to look at that pile of wood which is a Eyesore for all of us. I can only imagine how mortified my friend and neighbor is. I wish people would do what they say and not talk out of both sides of their face. He initially responded quickly with a great quote - well…read morebelow the other 3 I obtained, however, when it came time to scheduling things became an issue due to lack of responding. Timing took several months for him to get back to me with a date to get the work done. I eventually made it "in the books" twice, however, he no-showed both times and did not respond to text or call (I could see that he read my texts day of). The second booking, he actually blocked my number when I attempted to call the day of to clarify timing/logistics. I unfortunately ended up burning 2 PTO days to be around to entertain the kids while the yard was off limits. Maybe he under quoted and didn't want to do the work? Anyways, proceed caution and low expectations. I ended up going with a different tree service who were easy to work with and great communicators.

We got pushed a day out out (understandably) because of some urgent projects due to a storm the other night. They called first thing on the scheduled morning and set expectations that they may not make it till the afternoon or following day.
