But, I made the ultimate mistake in paying the balance in full beforehand so as one could expect, nobody showed. Unfortunately, we had a wedding we were planning and things got busy so it slipped my mind. In any case, we never got the extra 2 feet of barrier by the deck nor did we get the dead plants replaced. In any case, they did good work, but if you use them, be sure you get everything done before paying in full as you'll likely have little to no recourse. Update: I heard from the owner and she indicated that it was not intended and they still have an open work order. We'll be scheduling some time in the spring to get the last items finished. I'll update this again once the work is completed!

So I pretty much started from scratch. This company should be the poster child for how every contractor should run his business. He does not work for free certainly, but he earned every penny. He was on my property practically every day supervising the work, coordinating with everyone concerned and he got everything done ON TIME, as promised. If anything was concerning me, he was managed it immediately and cheerfully. He had to work with and around other contractors who made his job difficult, but he never made excuses. The landscape company, Tuzinowski and pool builder, Gillette, that Richard hired did an excellent job. When you pay someone to manage a project, it should be organized and timely. The customer should not have to spend all his or her time trying to micromanage everyone; that is what the builder/architect/contractor is supposed to do. Richard Hass made the company building my addition look really bad by comparison. But that is another review... I recommend this company to anyone who wants quality, integrity, and accountability. Now comes Saturday and I get a text past our appointment time if they could come later which I gave them a time they could come around 4pm Around 4 I get a text ...when are you available on Monday as we quit for the day due to rain. I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company.
