My driver was nice but had no idea where my destination was and didn't have an app to figure it out. I had to guide him. Also, the cab was 1/2 step from being sent to a junkyard; extremely dirty, torn interior, trunk was dirty, etc. plus the ride was SUPER expensive, $18 for 4.5 miles. What a ripoff!!! Don't use this service unless all other cars in Louisiana are gone and you are in mortal danger.

The purpose of this was to make sure I'd arrive on schedule. The driver was half an hour late. when I got into the car, she informed me that we were going to the courthouse first to drop another person in the cab off. I asked her if we could stop at the airport first since it was closer than the courthouse... of course, she said no & was very rude about it. Her driving was also horrible, and nervewracking. Another issue I'd like to note is that the cab smelled like cigarette smoke. When I returned from my trip I decided to get an Uber instead of calling City Cab again. The Uber driver was friendly, professional, in a clean vehicle & was a great driver. I'm getting an Uber from now on.

The final time i called back i attempted to explain how my mother was in the fourth stage of COPD and was having trouble breathing that we desperately needed a cab. Dispatch in turn said "you don't tell us what to do, we tell you what to do."
