They told me I would have to pay another $130 for a diagnositics fee and it was my struts, I stated why wouldn't you add that then to the list of stuff I needed. They were also bery rude. I told myself I would never go to them again! I went to the dealership where I should've went in the first place and my diagnostics stated I my front arm was loose which is one of the services they provided!! Never again! I wouldn't let him change my light bulb. I will be going to small claims on them!

The dealerships wouldn't help because I had not bought a BMW OEM motor at over $600 (I bought a 3rd party motor that had an identical spec to the OEM motor for under $200). I contacted Joe's because, honestly, the name sounded like a local shop that wouldn't give me a run around. I was right. The gave me an appointment for that week. I waited in the shop while they installed the motor in under 1.5 hours and was on my way for under $200. So, BMW was going to charge me over $1,000 for parts/labor. I had my Subaru 2019 Outback's windshield replaced in early December by Bone Auto Glass. I was very…read moregrateful they were able to fit me in the day after I called. Because newer Subarus have lane departure systems, windshield replacements require additional technician calibration unfortunately, which bumps up the price of repairs by a lot. I called several other places like Glass Doctors of America, but they did not feel comfortable repairing the window since they could not do the calibration. The quote Bone Auto gave me was significantly cheaper (roughly $600 vs. over $1100 at Safelite). They did a great job -- see pic attached! One thing to note though is there is no place really to wait (there are a few chairs but there is no wifi). I ended up walking about 30 min away to the library (St Louis County Library - Daniel Boone Branch) to wait while my windshield was repaired. I was initially told it might take the entire day, but the whole thing took about 3 hours or so (dropped off car around 8:30am, was able to pick it up by 11:30ish).
