So we got taken advantage of on drop off and pick up. When we called they tried to tell us sorry for the miscommunication, but it's a 24 hour rental. When we said it wasn't even 24 hours the "boss" tried to make up for it by getting us to rent another one for half off as a way to make up the time, when they should have offered to only charge half or a discount for the rental since the use time was limited. Very disappointed in this company's customer service and now we have disappointed birthday kids.
