I just want to say thanks to Parker, Tony, Lindsay, Will, Kim, and Lucy for accommodating my requests. It was my friend's 40th bday and my first time in Nashville. The team sent us some goodies to the room to welcome the stay. The valet offers us umbrella for us to use because it was raining when we were there. Whenever we needed something like ice, toothpaste, shaver, etc., the stuff was delivered in a timely manner. I can't stop raving about The Joseph to my family and friends. We also ate at the Yolan for lunch and dinner. The food was amazing, the service was amazing, and the ambience was amazing. A little con for the Yolan, my friend didn't like their version of French onion soup, it reminded her of hot and sour soup. For me personally, I love hot and sour soup, therefore, I like the soup. If you get the opportunity to stay at The Joseph, please do. Because you will receive a 5 star hotel service worth of your money :).

Location: in downtown Nashville, a short walk from Music City Center, Broadway, and Bridgestone arena. Longer walk to the Nissan stadium, but doable. Due to its proximity to Broadway, the noise level is high throughout the night. Check-in: Slow, but easy and we appreciated the bottled water provided. We requested an early check-in and were pleasantly surprised that we could access our room as soon as we arrived (~11 am). Digital check-in via the app is available. Aesthetic: Beautiful interior and exterior. I loved all the real and fake greenery. Impressive design and artwork throughout the hotel. Room: Queen/Queen Room. Spacious, clean, and well stocked. The beds are comfortable with ample soft pillows. It was cleaned each day with the towels replaced. Only our coffee mugs and coffee pods weren't replaced. At one point housekeeping brought us ice and glasses that we did not request. The iPad in our room was useful, although it would be nice if it was tailored to our stay. For instance, it mentioned extra fees that did not apply to us. Cost: reasonably priced room with the convention group discount. Food: very expensive in-room snacks and beverages. Reasonably priced rooftop restaurant with excellent food and service. Check the restaurant hours ahead of time and make reservations as needed. We were so excited to check out Four Walls, but realized too late it was only open one night during our stay. I really wish the restaurant list in our room included the location and hours of the available restaurants. Check-out: check out at 12 pm was convenient and smooth. Other: -easy pick up from uber right out the door. I was disappointed about one of the cocktails because it was supposed to be in a blood bag, but they ran out of supplies apparently. I wasn't too happy about that. But the rest was great. The ambiance was amazing! They had everything decorated like you would imagine for a vampire establishment. Each course was introduced by a spooky ghoul. Each course had the theme music playing for whichever vampire movie or show that the course was dedicated to. Bottom line, if you ever see this pop up event in, don't hesitate. Book it!

They also had a very nice bar and restaurant for dinner that was rather large. We stayed on the top floor which I guess gives you a little more. While they don't have a complimentary breakfast like most holiday inns on the 15th floor they put out pastries and coffee along with water. The rooms at this holiday inn were also nicer than any other holiday inn I've stayed. I'd definitely stay here again.

She single handily took my stress level down 1,000 notches on a daily basis. Every single last detail or idea that we came up with for this wedding would absolutely have never been possible without Kaitlynn. She brought it all to life. And Ellyse.. Her and Kaitlynn worked their butts off together on our wedding day and it was perfect. Every time I saw Ellyse that day, she was smiling ear to ear and it immediately put my nerves at ease. These two girls are just the absolute sweetest and SO freaking good at their jobs. Now, one of the most important guy of the night... Our alcohol and bar concierge, Hunter!! I remember calling him one day thinking, he is going to kill me and I'm about to make him hate his job I was like, So I was thinking about cocktail hour and how it would be cool to serve hand-crafted blueberry mojitos named after our dog in 150 coconut cups with stir sticks that have our dog's face on them. Oh and I want them all displayed on shelves with signs and the whole works. He was like, hell yeah, you got it. Not only that, he insisted on pulling out all the tricks. Infusing his own simple syrup with mint and having us over TWICE to taste the recipe and make sure it was perfect. He loves his job and it shows.
