The service technician that came out to pick up my vehicle was courteous helpful And very pleasant indeed When I got to the garage, the people that work there were unbelievably helpful courteous, and could not do enough for me They gave me a loaner car for a couple of days and didn't charge me. When they got my vehicle back to the garage, they were working on it within 30 minutes It was subsequently realized that the gearbox had gone and it would need a recondition gearbox.

Dave will not doing anywork without consulting you first and will only carry out & charge you for the necessary work, something which I nearly paid for at another dealer. The Customer Service was incredible. The gentleman was Super friendly. Arrived promptly at the time I chose. All 4 new winter tyres removed & replaced within the hour! I used this company for the first time recently. I had always used a different company from York…read morepreviously, but was beginning to get concerns over the quality of their work. I took my wife's car in first to seek advice and was told the tyres were still Okay and to continue to use them until closer to the winter weather setting in and then to have two new front tyres fitted. I did just that and was very happy with the price and the service. I then at the same time asked for a price of four winter tyres for my own car and the price quoted was in line with what I had seen during my research. These tyres are fairly uncommon due to the size and reasonably costly. Despite this, without any knowledge of me whatsoever they ordered these tyres and i said that I would return for them fitted the day following there expected delivery date. I was a little surprised that they didn't want a deposit or contact details. So without any fuss or formalities my tyres were ordered, delivered and fitted as arranged. A great service! My only, very minor gripe is that a dust cover is missing off of one wheel. I know that I could go back however as they only cost about a £1 each I will simply order another set off of Ebay and have three spares. I will definitely be returning to this tyre centre for all my future needs

A big bonus was that I didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting for assistance or for paperwork to be completed. As for the car itself, it was clean and in perfect working order. Fortunately for me, I haven't had to have any work done but I've heard from friends that their service department is just as good. I have no problem with recommending these guys.
