Her technique is one of warmth, and she invites her clients to open up in a way where they feel comfortable, and relaxed. When I arrived, I was told I needed to sign up for a membership just to get the vaccine. This felt misleading and completely unnecessary. The receptionist was not helpful and seemed confused about their own policies. Instead of giving me a clear answer, she tried to take me to a back office, which felt like an attempt to pressure me into signing up for a membership I did not want or need. I made it clear I was only there for the vaccine and asked if I could receive it without signing up. Rather than answering directly, I was met with more pushback. At that point, I asked them to cancel my appointment and left. Overall, this was a waste of time due to poor communication and lack of transparency. If a membership is required for basic services like vaccines, that should be clearly stated upfront--especially on booking platforms like Zocdoc. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.
