After bringing a bag of cloths to consign, three times, with rejection as no bins were available. The clerk told me to come back on Monday, right when they open, and there should be no problem with getting a bin. After I went back, there was another clerk who said that there are no bins. I went to this store last Tuesday. I was the only shopper. There was a younger girl behind the counter who did not greet me when I came in. As I perused the clothes, she looked at me but still no acknowledgment or welcome to me as customer or otherwise. I walked by the counter, again she looked and no greeting. I finally said hello and she looked up and said let me know if you need anything. I went in the dressing room, tried on a few things, walked past the counter again, and there was no question as to whether anything worked out, if I needed anything, if she could help....Nothing!! I left without her saying anything. Like someone else said, "WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE". Perhaps there was a reason that no one else was in the store. Be better. My daughter left her phone in this store. We called 5 times and it went to voice mail. When we arrived the lady with red hair (who we assume to be the manager) was talking to another employee. We stood there for a good while before I spoke up and said "Excuse me, I think we left my phone here." The red haired lady rudely said "Ok go look for it then." Just called to make an appointment to bring stuff in and the guy answering the phone was so rude and treated me like I was an annoyance to the point I said forget it and hung up!! I'm so sad....does anyone know if Again consignment has switched management or owners? I've been dropping off my clothes here for years and my mother too years before that. Again has always been so picky about the clothes they take/ brands/ exc. which has made me come back time and time again for amazing quality finds and treasures. That being said I went in yesterday...not only are they not accepting clothes anymore - because of their new consignment style of taking everything and giving it a chance to sell - clothes are now stacked, piled, and crammed on every surface and rack. Shoes are on top of the clothes and it was hard to find an item that wasn't stained, tattered, or in awful condition. I eventually gave up...it felt no better than going to goodwill. Shopped at the little basement shop in Eagle a half dozen times and the reviews here stating about SNOOTY sales folks IS RIGHT ON. The owner is the same. Her attitude rubs off on her workers and it's too bad, because the reward are POOR reviews. Not to mention; I tried selling twice and like another recent post here, I felt I was ripped off. Me and my mom discovered this hidden gem while having lunch in Eagle today. Their prices were AMAZING. I got a rage and bone top for $14 and a pair of Vince. slides for $14! How could you not love that?! The only reason I am giving this store 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the lack of customer service. I asked about their consignment process and was rudely scowled by the blond behind the counter. We also were there for about an hour and had our hands full of clothing but were not offered a fitting room. This made shopping a bit harder. We asked if they ever get designer handbags (in hopes of getting on a client list) but they told us "we have designer all over there" in quite a tone. We never received credit or money for said items even after checking over a year later, and our clothes were nowhere to be found in the store. Cute clothing selection but I will never bring my clothes here again. They charge you $5 a year to have an account but then charge you ever year even if you don't consign. I don't remember them telling me about the charge because it doesn't seem like something I agreed to. I sold to them almost a year ago and when I called to see how much money I had they said $4, then when I went in today they said I had 0. Apparently at one point I had 9 but they took the first 5. Cute store and some nice things but also quite a few things that look like they should be at goodwill. I've been here three times and the customer service is hit or miss. The last time I was there they didn't acknowledge us until we were climbing the stairs to leave and we were the only ones in the store but the teens didn't feel like looking up to acknowledge or greet us. Another time I went there and an employee came up to me and said that I may like their store down the street as they have plus sizes! OMG I was so offended by that comments. I absolutely adore this store! And I don't know why everyone has a problem with their customer service, I received the best service I have ever received in my life here. I found a beautiful $50+ (originally) hot pink blazer that I had to have for Valentine's day this year, but it had some spots on it. The lady that I am guessing was the manager or owner saw it and said that if I wanted the jacket, I could have it for 50% off! I believe that brought the marked price down to about $10. I couldn't say no! (and the spots came out just fine!) I also bought some gorgeous Guess boots there, perfect for the end of Winter/early Spring. They were a tad scuffed (as used shoes will be) and the lady again said that she was sorry and I could have those for 50% off as well! These were $100+ boots! (originally). I believe I got them for about $20 and the girl at the register took out some shoe polish and even shined them up for me. They looked good as new! Every time I've been there I have found an item of clothing that I absolutely love. The store is over near where my mother lives and I find it is becoming a tradition to go over there to find new items! A++! read more

Finding a great consignment shop is one of my greatest joys in life!!! I came here while on vacation to the Treasure Valley for the first time and l-o-v-e-d visiting this consignment shop (and its sister property, Again 2, just 300 feet down the street) several times. It's so convenient to get to, also. I found a lovely, new Anthropologie sweater still with its tags on for $20, a pretty Stella & Dot necklace for $15 (they gave me the box, too!), and lots of other stylish items. The employees were very nice (even the woman I think is the owner that everyone says is snooty, but I didn't think she was unfriendly). Even if a store is amazing, I won't go there if the employees make it a miserable experience. I didn't find that to be the case here at all. Everything was decorated in a lovely, chic style. And really important: The items for sale all seemed to be in very good condition, and priced fairly. I really appreciated how items are sectioned off, i.e. Anthropologie items have a specially marked section, Cabi, Newest Items, etc. They also have a sales section that had some real finds, too. I love that there is such a great consignment shop in Eagle, and I can't wait to return here the next time we're in town. read more

I like it here. Again has a straightforward business model. They take clothes they think the market wants and give you back or donate the rest. They have always gotten back to me right away via text with a photo of the clothes they don't want. The sales people are nice and helpful. I took items over the Again Consignment in EAgle as I am working remote and had a closet full of designer clothing, all very in style and less than 2 years old. I had a lot of generic, black pants, skirts, blouses as well as designer jeans and casual clothes, probably about 30-35 items, clean and folded. When I called in a week or so later to see how it was going I was told that nothing had yet sold and I only had THREE!!!! items that they put out for sale. REALLY!!! I should have just took them to Idaho Youth Ranch myself, at least I would have gotten the tax write off!!! SCAM!!!!! Learned that lesson! read more

I have never felt so ripped off in my entire life! Heading into a major surgery, I decided to try consignment and so I did a huge overhaul of my closet. I figured I would part with these items for the extra money. Just to give you an idea of the quality of clothes I have, I love fashion and I am always in trend with the latest fashions and name brands. I love clothes so much my husband built me a closet out of a spare bedroom. When my husband and I first got to the store, I went in and talked to the store clerk to let her know I have 100's of items and if I could bring them all in at once or batches. She said I could bring them all in, although she did appear to be overwhelmed by this. I asked her if she I needed to stay and wait for her to go through the items or if she will just call me on anything she didn't want. She said she would and that they would probably want most the items and that they would be divided between the two stores. My husband asked her how do we know that she would account for all of my items and that they don't get mixed up with others. The clerk indicated she would stay there and inventory everything and I could pick up and inventory list as well as any "no thank you items". My husband warned me that I was taking a huge leap of faith leaving my items there, but I did my research and the store seemed very reputable. The following week, I had not heard from anyone so at this time I assumed the store wanted everything. I stopped by the store to pick up the inventory lists promised above, at which time I noticed several of my items including several designer handbags (Nine West, Guess, Coach and Gucci), Ann Taylor, Vera Wang, Lucky, White House Black Market, etc pants, and other designer brands were not on the inventory list. Clearly being upset about this I questioned their staff, and I was informed over 40 items had been donated. I was absolutely devastated, as I understood there would be items they would not want to consign, but I was to receive a call to pick up any "no thank you items". I would have never knowingly agreed to have these items just given away. To make the situation worse, when I asked where my clothes had been donated, the clerk said maybe the Youth Ranch and maybe the Arch but that they cannot disclose this? Not only did all of these comments making their business sound shady, how can they issue a donation receipt on your behalf if they didn't actually donate the clothes? She further explained that items must have been stained or have holes in them. Knowing the brand and conditions of the clothes I dropped off to this store this furthered my frustration feeling like I had just been scammed. Note: I did receive an email from the store owner apologizing for the "miscommunication" and for this she would provide me a $20 credit per store for the confusion. Clearly this doesn't begin to recover the thousands of dollars I lost by them "donating" my clothes. The store owner further explained this is their policy to donate any unwanted items (although their website and store clerk claimed you can pick them up). Even if this is correct, I have a very hard time believing that my name brand in trend handbags, shoes and clothes were actually donated in the first place?! My fault for trusting I guess, and a very hard lesson learned. I will never "again" place my hard earned money and beautiful items in the hands of a consignment store again. read more

Beware of this place - very poor customer service and someone will tell you one thing, then another says differently when it comes to their policies. I have been a consignor for a little over a year and I distinctly recall being told about the $5 fee up front BUT not that it will be charged that fee every year! For what???? They already take more % of your sale portion! Then I took some of my husband's things in, specifically saying he wanted them back if they did not sell. The person I spoke with gave me a date to pick them up by which I recorded in my phone. I went in the store a few days prior to this date and noticed 3 pairs of high end shoes of his were not on the floor; asked about them and was told they did not sell and this person told me they do not allow things to be picked up and that they were most likely donated! You can imagine there were a few words exchanged over this issue. Luckily I happened to notice his shoes in a plastic bin right behind the register and was able to get them back. I will not consign with this place again - poorly run and they lie! So not worth giving them the tax write-off with unsold items when we can take it ourselves. read more

My mom and I went to this store for the first time today. We enjoyed ourselves and thought it was a really cute store with neat decor. I got a tank top on sale and a bracelet since all of their jewelry was 50%off. My mom found a pair of danskin shoes that she wears to work as a nurse that were only $26 and normally they can reach up to $200. The only problem we had was that a lot of the items were on the more expensive side. Some of the shirts were $13 which I can go find brand new clothes for just a few dollars more. I know a lot of these were name brand but still. I also thought the jewelry was a bit pricey so if everything hadn't been on sale I wouldn't have purchased that bracelet. But all in all I liked it and will be returning. read more

I've been shopping and consigning at Again for years. It is absolutely my favorite consignment store! I have never had a negative experience there. The staff always greets me warmly and by my name. Everyone I've encountered has been super sweet and helpful. I have always felt as if I am a valued customer. I like that they are particular about the clothes they take in. I know I'm not wasting my time looking through racks of tattered and out-of-style clothes. I can always find something fashionable and quality at a cheap price. The stores are clean, well-organized, and the decor is chic. Going to Again is often the highlight of my day. read more

I love Again Consignment! Shopping at Again is fun because they have so many different brands and items. I am told they take in 200 items a day, so if you come back in a few weeks, it is really shopping a new store. They take stuff from tweens all the way up to ladies. I see easily three generations of women from a family shopping there any given day. There is a ton of clothes in that little-looking shop! They are very careful in their item selection process so everything is in really nice condition. If an item happens to have a defect, they are very nice in giving you a discount. The help there really does their best to make you feel welcomed and important, which I really like. I can't recommend Again enough! It's a great shop! read more

What a joke - 2015 Best. This is the WORST consignment experience I have ever had!! I took some clothing items into this store for the first time yesterday. The lack of transparency in the way they do business and the exchange of clothing items was appalling. In fact, I was so taken aback and stunned by my encounter with the young woman working there, that I ended up leaving her with three pairs of my 501 denim jeans, without receiving any kind of confirmation of the assignment. It wasn't until later in the day, that I realized I had nothing from them to confirm I had even left the three pair of jeans. I was also surprised that they would not provide me with a copy of the "Agreement" I had to sign in order to consign my items. The clerk had to call her "boss" to confirm that they do not provide copies of the document you sign for them. She did this slipping into the back room to have the conversation and returned, still on the phone, confirming the store's "policy" and then continued to have a conversation about a completely different issue, all while I stood there waiting for her to conclude our business. So, like another rater, I found her not only SNOOTY, but rude and condescending. Moreover, their website and automated voice mail message completely contradicts their "policies," with regard to the terms of consignment and more particularly what they do with the "donated" items that do not sell and the tax credit you are supposed to receive for the donation. In other words, despite their claim that you get the tax credit, you do not. I feel completely ripped off, and not even sure I'll hear anything from them about my jeans - except of course for the $5.00 charge they will want from me for consigning with them! So it's time to update my review of Again. I don't really understand the negative reviews about this store. To the person who complained of the e-mails I say----get a life and get some humor. To the woman who complained that she wasn't notified after consigning a number of items, all I can say is these things happen. Sometimes I've been surprised at some of my items being rejected. Usually it's because it doesn't happen to be popular at the time and just isn't selling. Again has so many consignors that it may take the clerks a few days to sort out the items and get back to you and it's important to let them know whether to donate or give back the items that aren't accepted. I will say that the times that there was an error in the listing of my items, the clerks were very accommodating and gave me credit. So have faith and try again if you've had a negative experience consigning here. On to the big perks of this place! Most people really like this store. Myself included. Where else can you buy cashmere sweaters for $20 or designer handbags for half the price? Many well known brands like Chico and Anthropologie are on separate racks. Another nice feature is that new items are on a separate rack, so you can get first pick. There is a half price room and outside the store is a $3 rack! As to customer service, I think it has improved vastly since I've been coming here---and that's been for about ten years. The staff always welcomes people coming in and unless they are crazy busy, someone will offer to take the clothes you've picked and start a dressing room for you. As to sizes----they are all over the place. Whether a size 2 or a size 18 you will find it here. And you couldn't ask for a better place to go----no endless walking through the mall, no driving around finding a parking place, and no pressures. It's a fun way to shop and even better if you find a treasure or two! read more

Don't take you nice clothing to these greedy ladies. They will price them so high that they will not sale until your contract is up and at that time they will keep your clothing to sale at 100% profit. I will give my clothing to the homeless shelter next time. read more
