We used Agape when my son unexpectedly died last year. They were not very sympathetic when handing over his ashes. Then I noticed (in the car) that I was listed as "father" and father as "mother" I called and Steve said nothing. I prompted with "you know...." or something similar. He paused, said "yeaeahhh..... what do you want me to do about it??" I was shocked to say the least. He said the "permanent" (they were still investigating his death) certificate will be correct. It was not and when I called he kept interupting and saying "it will take six months to get the permanent (corrected) certificate. I finally got through to him that I HAD it and it was still wrong. He said he'd look into it, get back to me.... this was almost a month ago... I'll call later today and if it's resolved i'll increase the stars.
