Drew got me on the calendar quickly and had a crew to do the tear off first thing in the morning on day one. The crew got the tear off done and papered roof on first day with new shingles on ridge line. The crew was very hard working and kept me in the loop and were very helpful. Second day installers came in and completed roof and put new flashing on chimney stack and did a great job and very good communication. Great cleanup and roof is very nice. They said the storm kept them from installing on the day I was scheduled. Note, the storm was after my scheduled date. They waited until the last 30 minutes of install to tell us if we paid with cash they'd take 10% off. We rushed to the bank while they complained about having to wait. They also missed an entire section of the house and asked for picture proof when I called them. They returned a couple days later to complete that portion. Did they remedy the issue of the initial review/complaint? Yes. Would I hire them again? Absolutely not.

Luckily it turned out that the cause of my leak wasn't a leaking roof but actually caused by a build up of leaves and tree debris causing water to be backlogged and forced up under my shingles. They informed me of this and saved me from having to do anything besides jumping on my roof and clearing it all away. After a few hours of clearing everything, it was good as new and now I know not to allow this debris to sit on my roof during rainy season. Here's a brief overview of our interaction with Rick: In May/June 2016 we ask him for a bid. He comes out and does a thorough job of estimating the job. Three days later we get a comprehensive email with a quoted price. He also recommends an order of operation on our work for the summer as we are going to roof and paint. His suggestions are welcomed and were spot on. Fast forward to September when we're all done with the roof and paint. We call him to schedule. He remembers us simply by name and street. He works to schedule the job with me and is very accommodating to our schedule. He arrives on time as promised with the materials and help he needs to do the job. Five hours later we have some seriously beautiful shiny black gutters installed on our new fascia boards (that he recommended we install). The house looks amazing.
