I called him and arranged a time and a quoted price. He told me how much he charged per signature and initial and it was per what the law was. Well the day arrived and he was super late. He did call ahead of time to say he would be there right around the time we had agreed, so I guess that was his indirect way of saying he was coming late. He immediately tried handing everyone a card that was standing outside which seemed off. You are here for a job just hand me the card, not to sell yourself. The social worker looked at him and did not want his card. Here is the part that makes me want to write the review. He looked over the papers and saw how many signatures would need to be gathered at that time before the transaction happened. It was not until the very end when he was charging me he told me how much, which was double what he quoted. Not that I am cheap and wouldn't have paid, because I did, but when you know you are doing more work than you originally quoted before you start the work and you are upping your price, you should say that before the transaction starts. Doing after is just shady. I will give 2 stars instead of one only because he was pretty decent to my dad and also from what he implied, he was "helping me out".

Definitely have mixed feelings on this company. They were extremely expensive. I've never paid so…read moremuch for a deep cleaning. They had to come back a second time because things were missed, 2 rooms weren't even touched the first round. They did not have the proper cleaning supplies for our job the first time either. They were late the first visit. They had someone that cleaned extremely slow and made it so that we did not have our job done in time for our photographer and he had to wait. Amy was nice and did a good job but unfortunately the person with her held her back because she took so long (3 hours to clean 2 tiny bathrooms that looked clean from the start just needed a wipe down and sanitizing). Will not hire again.

He married us on a Sunday ( Dec. 10th ) and told us that he would turn in our paperwork the following day ( Monday the 11th ) and that we should receive the actual Marriage Certificate in the next few weeks. 2 weeks later I decided to go online and check the Duval County Clerk On-Core site to see if they had mailed it out yet and realized that he just turned it in ( Dec 18th ) , over a week after he claimed that he would. I wouldn't have minded at ALL if he would have been honest about when it would be turned into the clerk, I understand things come up. It was not something that he needed to lie about. It made absolutely no sense that he felt he needed to lie to me and made me wonder what else is he lying about?? Three weeks later I was still waiting on our Marriage Certificate so I called him to find out what the issue is and he told me to call him the next day around 5pm and he would call the clerk to find out what's going on. The next day he says they mailed it out and give it a few days. Another week passes and I still haven't received it so I called him again. He tells me to call him the next day AGAIN and he will find out. This has been going on for TWO months now and I'm still without my Marriage Certificate. It's not easy for my husband or I to leave work to go to the clerk ourselves, we are unable to miss work financially. That is why we paid him, so that he could do the paperwork side and that we wouldn't have to worry about it. I feel like I haven't received what we paid for. It's NOT right that I had to continue to call and call and call him and still be waiting. Well right before I updated this review I decided to give him one last chance and ask him about when should I expect it given its been TWO months and he proceeds to tell me that the clerk has mailed me 2 copies of the certificate, that I need to go pick it up myself because 2 copies is their "limit" and he can't pick it up for us because it doesn't belong to him. So he has lied and dragged me along for 2 months just to tell me to go get it. I just called the clerk and guess what??? They DENY that he has contacted them ever and deny sending me 2 copies. Surprise surprise another LIE!!! I DON'T recommend!! Save your time and money.
