Definitely have mixed feelings on this company. They were extremely expensive. I've never paid so much for a deep cleaning. They had to come back a second time because things were missed, 2 rooms weren't even touched the first round. They did not have the proper cleaning supplies for our job the first time either. They were late the first visit. They had someone that cleaned extremely slow and made it so that we did not have our job done in time for our photographer and he had to wait. Amy was nice and did a good job but unfortunately the person with her held her back because she took so long (3 hours to clean 2 tiny bathrooms that looked clean from the start just needed a wipe down and sanitizing). I booked this cleaning company to clean my home on July 19th. But the day before, on July 18th, they cancelled. This left me with no time to find another cleaner. They said they would give my money back. But today is August 6th, and I still haven't gotten my $200 back. It has been three weeks! I kept getting the run around regarding the refund so I had to call my bank to file a dispute to attempt get my $200 back. I am really disappointed in this experience and hope others don't have to experience what I did. read more

BEWARE...paid $380 plus tip to have my 2 bedroom cleaned for move out. Sharona cancelled first confirmed date and came the next day at 4pm. After it was done, my landlord charged me to clean carpets again (another $200) said they weren't cleaned well by this company. Microwave was not cleaned. Sharona said she processed a partial refund to my card...NO..she lied..been almost 3 weeks and no refund. Then she told me she'd have the owner contact me....SHE IS THE OWNER. Stay Away, there are lots of other cleaning companies that are thorough and honest, unlike like Rag to Riches. Wish I had read reviews before hiring them. Unprofessiona! read more

BEWARE: extremely unethical and unprofessional company. I own an investment property in Florida and had my tenants move out, I called them to see if they'd be able to provide cleaning. They Left my house basically in the same condition it was in. I got a call about 2 hours after they arrived stating that they would be charging me double , Because the house is "in bad condition " . I told him if they would be able to just focus on the bathrooms and kitchen, mind you , I paid almost $400 for a 4 bed/ 2.5 bath DEEEP CLEANING. Extremely disappointed, I'll be disputing since services were not given, especially since I have to hire another company to take care of this. They also left some of their supplies behind. read more

SO glad we contacted Rags to Riches, and Sharona! She, and her crew, made it much easier for us with our move out clean. Her communication was phenomenal! I couldn't get people to call back or do a walk through to estimate, Sharona was SO responsive! They showed up on time, came in, and immediately went to work. (They were prepared, and also had masks!) Sharona checked with us a few times to make sure they were doing what was requested, again, good communication. The lady that came she got to my house about 8am and was there for about 4 hours she did an amazing job. Cleaned inside and outside of the oven, microwave, all my baseboards, doors, door jams, windows and windowsills, swept and mop and absolutely killed the restrooms and shower I mean she cleaned everything even things I didn't even think of. I'd like to start by saying when I received the quote, it was much higher than what other cleaning services in Jax had quoted me, so I was hoping that would translate to a top tier service. 3 people came to my house, and left with it looking exactly the same. they couldn't even be bothered to pick up picture frames or centerpieces to wipe underneath them. when I told Sharona this, her response was "people usually tell them when they miss something." No apology, no sincerity, nothing. Should I really have to ASK for something so basic, though? When I'm paying that much money I don't expect to have to check every single surface. When I did asked the cleaner to fix something, she gave me a nasty look and said "we don't usually do that but I'll do it for you this time." I was asking her to wipe a stain out of the tub. They left things on the carpet unvacuumed, crumbs on the dining room table, and hair on the bathroom floor. I was extremely disappointed but I was even more disappointed with the customer service Sharona provided, all the way from the initial contact when she said they "tried to reach me by phone," but I had never received a call, all the way to her not seeming to care at all that I was dissatisfied with the service. 0/10 do not recommend rags to riches. read more

Mistic, Mark, and Hope did a great job deep cleaning my home. The arrived on time the day of the cleaning and were even able to accommodate coming a day earlier. They did a walkthrough before and after the cleaning and made sure I was satisfied with their service. My double oven is shockingly spotless. They even cleaned areas I had not thought of such as the stains on our fabric bench. Thank you rags to riches for your quick response and reasonable prices.
