Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said "We didn't fix it you don't pay" Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line. Yes even everyone's favorite local company that rhymes with Ballin told me tough luck even though it was an emergency and I had no water for my family of 5. Long story short, Chris left a family bbq and showed up in Hey Dudes and fixed my valve. Goes a long way when someone shows up for their customers despite the circumstances. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix our problem quickly and simply. He very easily could have taken advantage of us and had us replace our water heater. This has been…read morean ongoing problem for about four years now and we had the pipes patched but it did not solve the total problem created by galvanized piping. Noble was one of the four plumbing companies we contacted and although they were not the cheapest, they were by far the most open and explained the whole process to us, offered to get us someone to do the sheet rock repair and told us how much time we would need. Others quoted more time and no mention of clean up, warranty or guarantee, etc. We were very glad we went with with Noble because they did a beautiful job, were done in 2 days and unlike two other companies we have had replacement of pipes done with, they were fabulous on clean up, everything worked like it should and our water pressure was much better. They go the extra mile, and are coming back to add some additional plumbing we want done. Very impressed with Jeremy and his team. We cannot thank them enough and we will be more than happy to recommend them to everyone we know. We stayed in touch over several months until I was ready to pull the trigger on my re-piping project. Once I decided to sign on, Omar connected me with Angel to lead my project. Angel and his team were very professional at all stages. He consistently asked about any questions or concerns I had and listened to all of them to provide solutions. This was a major project, so know that things may come up for the team and it will take at least 4-5 days for completion. My only feedback to the team would be that it became a little confusing for me having so many different teams cycling through and I found myself repeating a lot of the same info to each team. I also received calls from so many of the teams and different guys that it seemed like not all the teams were on the same page with communications regarding my project.
