I waited three weeks for a simple response, with no confirmed appointment and no follow-through. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, no one ever came out to look at the job. It felt as though the company may have assumed I wasn't serious about the project or didn't have the budget -- a disappointing and unfair assumption if that was the case. Regardless, the lack of professionalism and basic communication was unacceptable.
