Do NOT hire this company! TOTAL CON ARTISTS! They came to my home and to give me an estimate, I…read morewalked them through and explained everything I wanted done. They emphatically assured me they could do the work, no problem. They gave me a quote and then wanted to charge me a travel fee. When I refused he "decided" to waive it. I should have declined at that point but I hired them. They came yesterday at 9:30 and went to work. They completely missed washing the windows in one of the bedrooms. All of the other windows were not washed properly, spots were missed or there were streaks. The floors were not cleaned properly, you can see his footsteps everywhere and he failed to get under the sofa and chairs. You can still see plaster dust on the marble in front of the fireplace so I'm guessing they didn't vacuum properly as well as missing it with the mop. Whatever they used on the floor left a strong chemical smell that I had an allergic reaction to. It left a residue on the floor and the smell still lingers. The carpet on the stairs and upstairs look like it was only spot cleaned and vacuumed with missed grease stains still on the stairs and landing at the top of the stairs. The bathtub doors downstairs and upstairs are streaked and not cleaned properly. The upstairs has drip marks and the downstairs has sections that were missed completely. The bathtub upstairs has sections that were not cleaned, the bathtub downstairs has dirt in the tub and the tub was not cleaned. The sink upstairs has dirt in it and the stopper is broken. The kitchen floor was missed completely as well as the top of the stovetop. They dumped stuff into my kitchen sink that clogged it. Thank goodness I reached my hand down before turning on the disposal or I would be calling a plumber. The downdraft on my stovetop was not cleaned at all and the oven was partially cleaned, whatever the little steel brush and degreaser wouldn't remove was left which was most of the oven. The racks were left filthy. I was so upset over the oven and his arguing with me that he couldn't clean stuff that bad that I failed to inspect the rest of the house before they left. I am out $450 dollars for a job not done. BTW, the oven is clean. I used oven cleaner. Imagine that! Pictures available on request. They have refused to make good on their agreement and commitment. I had a printed out list of the cleaning I expected. They were here about1.5 hours charged me $200 and when they left I found that they didnt dust end tables, nor kitchen counters well. They didnt wipe kitchen cabinets, didnt clean either kitchen sink and I vacuumed up pet hair. On top of the shitty cleaning job, they turned my AC down to 63 degrees, so it ran at 63 all afternoon until I returned home at 530. My AC is usually at 75. I requested half of the money back. They ghosted me. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
