The cashier (3rd generation in hope), goes above and be young. we arrived for a service appointment (early in the morning), the service person had step out, soo she came over and took our keys (suver we had an appointment & service knew what needed to be done). Later she helped us with some other issues. The guys in service are sometimes a little fussy, but the mechanics do a good job.

This individual does not care about the customer and ignores emails. Enough said. Also, I read the complaint by Kate H. regarding the engine light. I have had two dealerships sell me a used vehicle. Shortly afterwards an engine light came on. What these unscrupulous dealerships are doing is clearing the engine light (Code) instead of fixing the problem which costs money. Then the unsuspecting buyer drives the vehicle and after a very short time, the light comes back. You would think that these dealerships would back their vehicles, but all they care about is a sale! This is why car dealerships are at the bottom of the barrel for respect. Shane O'(Con)nor can afford to look after his customers, but he doesn't. They even got rid of the General Manager so that they didn't have an extra pay cheque to deal with. If "Lip Service" was service, Shane O'Connor would get 5 Stars! I should have listened to a co-worker years ago when he had paid a lot of money for a transmission rebuild. A day after the warranty ran out, the transmission went. If that was not bad enough, O'Connor would not honour the repair.

Suspiciously, they have all other records and documents for the vehicle, except the one that shows that the frame was not damaged when they sold it to us. A competent and ethical dealership would be able to, at the very least, provide a basic inspection report on the vehicles they sell. This dealership seems very unprofessional, at best, and possibly even shady. Buyer beware.
