I was told that they had to send away for a battery. When my husband picked the clock up after two weeks , the clock still wasn't running and he was told if it didn't start it would have to be sent to clock repair. I have since found out that the battery should only have cost a few dollars. My husband called to complain and the owner told him he was "in it to make money".

To top it off, I also fully expected a modest bill, but these actions were performed free of charge! All in all, 10/10 for excellent service. I have no complaints. Oh, and there was no transphobia! They said no, cause a diamond could fall out. So I went to Morgan's Jewelry located in the Magic Valley Mall. The jeweler inspected the ring and said everything looked great except for a bent prong, but the diamonds were secure. He cleaned my ring no problem. He said probably in the next year or so the ring would need repairs and it would only cost $500. So what's the deal with Jensens? I will never go there again. Thank you Morgan's for being honest.
