I am sorry for my agent's loss but my taxes were placed on hold until she returned. Instead of passing my taxes on to another agent so I could get them done and get the returned filed with the IRS. When I asked the manager, Judy Nikirk, why this had not happened she replied "You only get a new agent if you had a scheduled appointment to get them finished! You will HAVE TO wait for her to return to work!" I then stated, "That is NOT acceptable either give me a new agent or give me back my paperwork!" This was not taken well by Mrs. Nikirk at all. She told me "You will have to wait to get my paperwork when the agent got back!" I responded, "You cannot hold my federal documents and I want them now!" This sent her into a furry and she EXCLAIMED "SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE ON YOU!!!!!" I took a seat and let her know if I did not have my documents immediately, I would also be calling the police!" Then I called H&R Block Customer Service and filed 2 complaints. After a 30-minute wait she finally gave me my paperwork. I would strongly advise you to find another tax professional other than H&R Block at 333 N. Gun Barrel Lane, Gun Barrel City, TX 75156 as there is nothing professional about this franchise.
