If you ever get the chance to work with him, listen closely--he knows what he's doing. Barbara is one of the kindest people you'll meet and is extremely knowledgeable about flights, hotels, and how to navigate different travel situations. Mike is incredibly reliable--even on weekends--which is rare and valuable when travel issues come up unexpectedly. What really stands out is that I consistently get tickets at the same price--or sometimes even less--than booking on my own, but with a full team I can call if anything goes wrong. That peace of mind is huge. I haven't personally worked with everyone on the team, but based on the professionalism I've experienced, I'd confidently trust Andrew, Stephanie, Susan, and Sharon as well.
