Cross-Town charged $925+HST. The appraiser from Metrowide did an exterior inspection only with interior photos provided by me. Cross-Town's appraiser did both an interior and exterior inspection. Due to the huge difference in opinion, lack of knowledge of the neighbourhood and extremely high cost I would not recommend this company.
